A.S.A.P!drivers are professionally uniformed and experienced in the field of delivery
A.S.A.P!drivers are insured and bonded
A.S.A.P!drivers are equipped with Motorola “Nextel” two way radios for instant access
A.S.A.P! drivers are thoroughly trained on all policies and procedures as part of their employment orientation
A.S.A.P! drivers are met with weekly to keep them informed about client “special requests”
State of the art computer programs allowA.S.A.P! to memorize your delivery locations for future reference, instantly retrieve P.O.D. information upon your request, customize billing to fit your companies requirements and even tell you the exact time your delivery was made
An A.S.A.P!representative is always available to service your requests and answer any questions you may have
A.S.A.P! office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, but remain “on call” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet your needs
Payment terms are available with approved credit.

Bobtail Half Day Route (BHD) Service | $400.00 Base Rate | Cutoff Time | N/A

ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND SURCHARGES
First 10 miles free (base charge only) – Over 10 miles add $1.00/mile (Point to Point)
First standard skid free – Additional skids $7.50/skid
Out of service area $4.00/per one way mile
Fuel surcharge added to every order (can change weekly)
Orders after 4pm are automatic ASAP charge PLUS after hours charges as follows:
4:01PM to 9PM – $80.00
9:01PM to 6AM – $80.00
9:00PM Friday to 6:00AM Monday – $100.00
Skids over 2000# add 0.02/lb
10 skids or 9,500 lbs – FULL TRUCK CHARGE ONLY
8 skids or 8,000 lbs – 2 HR OR ASAP CHARGE ONLY
Specific dropoff or pickup time – ASAP CHARGE ONLY
Liftgate – $10.00
Inside Delivery – $15.00
Wait time – $80.00 an hour after 30 minutes
Hazmat fee – $10.00 nothing over 1000 pounds
Bobtail Cut Off Times
4 Hour service available until 1:00pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.
2 Hour service available until 3:00pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.
