Courier Cut Off Times

Regular service must be called in before 12:00pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.

4 Hour service must be called in before 1:00pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.

2 1/2 Hour service must be called in before 2:30pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.

90 Minute service must be called in before 3:30pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.

A.S.A.P! service available anytime day or night

Bobtail Cut Off Times

Regular service must be called in before 11:00a.m. for same day delivery by 5:00p.m.

4 Hour service available until 1:00pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.

2 Hour service available until 3:00pm. For delivery by 5:00p.m.

A.S.A.P! service available anytime day or night

DESCRIPTION OF A.S.A.P! COURIER SERVICES

A.S.A.P! drivers are professionally uniformed

and experienced in the field of delivery

A.S.A.P! drivers are insured and bonded

A.S.A.P! drivers are equipped with Motorola "Nextel"

two way radios for instant access

A.S.A.P! drivers are thoroughly trained on all policies

and procedures as part of their employment orientation

A.S.A.P! drivers are met with weekly to keep them informed

about client "special requests"

State of the art computer programs allow A.S.A.P! to

memorize your delivery locations for future reference,

instantly retrieve P.O.D. information upon your request,

customize billing to fit your companies requirements and

even tell you the exact time your delivery was made

An A.S.A.P! representative is always available to service

your requests and answer any questions you may have

A.S.A.P! office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, but

remain "on call" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet

your needs

Payment terms are available with approved credit.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

Waiting/Loading time will be billed as follows: First 10 minutes - No Charge. Each additional minute - $0.50

Weight will be billed as follows: First 100 pounds - No Charge. Each additional pound - $0.05.

(Due to size, shipments over 500 lbs. will be placed on 90 minute service minimum)

Deliveries phoned in after 4:00pm on weekdays or deliveries on weekends needing to be delivered the same day will be charged as an A.S.A.P! with an additional "After Hours" charge.

Mileage rates - $1.75 per one-way mile for all out of area & out of state runs.

*Claims will be limited to $50.00 unless a higher value is declared.
